2023: Cleric warns LP presidential candidate against betrayal, reiterate win, others

Presidential candidate of the Labour Party-LP Mr. Peter Obi has been warned to be careful with the people he is fraternizing with towards the actualization of his presidential ambition in the 2023 general elections.

Apostle Elijah Effiong aka Prophet Odudu I, the General Overseer of New World Apostolic Miracle church prophesied earlier in April 2022 that Peter Obi would decamp from the Peoples Democratic (PDP) and join a lesser political party and clinch the ticket to become the presidential flag bearer has revealed recently in a Chrismas message that the travail of Dr. Doyin Okukpe the former D.G of his Presidential Campaign Committee emanated from within the party and hence should be careful about the people he puts his trust on.

He gave this admonition on Sunday, December 25, 2022, at the Musaha street auditorium of the church in Calabar South Council Area, Cross River State themed, “BE CAREFUL OF UNFRIENDLY FRIEND” referencing Mathew 10:36, “And a man’s enemies shall be of his own household.”

He cautioned Peter Obi not to rely on the media hype popularity of his party but to behave like Gideon in Judges 7:5 when the lord said to Gideon that the three hundred men that lapped will save him and not all the rest of the people who bowed down upon their knees to drink water when he went to war.

The cleric concluded that though he would win the election according to the perfect will of God as revealed to him but cautioned that any attempt to rig or manipulate the results would result in an uprising and a revolution which would be worse than the #ENDSARS protest and warned INEC to be firm and ensure every eligible vote count in the polling to save the country from disintegrating after elections in 2023.
