2023 Elections: APC postpones inauguration of campaign council; Tinubu begins campaign with special prayers, peace walk in Abuja
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has postponed the inauguration of its 422- member presidential campaign council (PCC) earlier scheduled for Monday to Wednesday.
The list of the presidential campaign council was released on Friday.
Bayo Onanuga, APC director of media and Publicity, made this known in a statement on Sunday.
Meanwhile, the party’s Presidential Campaign Council (P.C.C.) is set to begin its campaign on Wednesday in Abuja with a special prayer session and peace walk.
Director, Media and Publicity of the council, Bayo Onanuga disclosed this in a statement issued in Abuja as well as said that nominated members of the council “are expected to participate in the special prayer sessions marking the commencement of the 2023 presidential election campaigns.
And while asking the support groups to continue their good work he encouraged other groups yet to formally register with the P.C.C. to do so immediately for proper harmonization.
