2023 General Elections: Clergy says Nigeria will be better because God is involved

The Ministers Prayer Network International (MPN) Cross River State Chapter Prayer Quake 2022 with the theme: “WHEN GOD IS INVOLVED” held at the Transformation Gospel Centre, 110 Marian Road, Calabar got to its peak on Thursday, September 29, 2022, when the guest speaker Rev. Ambassador Theodore Effiong of Prayer City- Calabar predicted that Nigeria will be better after 2023 General Elections because God is involved in the affairs of the Country.

Effiong who ministered at the Night of Deliverance and Total Recovery referencing Matthew 19:29, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible” said that when God takes over the affairs of men, His spirit comes down to establish His perfect will against evil mechanization of crafty people because when God intervenes in the things of life, He takes complete charge and provides solutions that man may have thought to be impossible.

He charged Nigerians not to be deterred by the present frustration and confusion as God’s “NO’S” are never arbitrary- Never compromise to get around a “NO” or “NOT YET” but persistently look up to Him who has never lost a battle when He is involved despite our frailties.

Ministers Prayer Network- MPN- started officially on January 18, 1995, through spiritual motivation by the International head and coordinator, Rev. Prof. Mosy Madugba after a visit to David Yongicho and some board members of Church Growth International in Seoul, South Korea in October 1989. The effort was reinforced by another meeting he had in Birmingham, England on June 12, 1992, where he listened to the amazing transformation story of the city of Pittsburg in Pennsylvania, USA through the power of corporate prayers at a breakfast meeting in the Forte Crest Hotel, Heil street in Birmingham England.

The Ministers Prayer Network (MPN) is a global prayer and leadership effort whose scope spans several nations of the world with a goal to pursue the positive transformation.

The three-day prayer convocation scheduled to end today, Friday, September 30, 2022, is organized by Rev. (Dr.) Donatus John, National P.R.O and Cross River State Coordinator of MPN featured; Praise/Worship, word ministration, testimonies, and prayers for the 2023 General Elections.
