Former president, Olusegun Obasanjo; Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, and the governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, have reportedly met in London.

Others who reportedly attended the meeting are Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State; Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo; Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State and a former Cross River governor, Donald Duke.

The meeting followed a similar one Wike held with the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, in France.

Again, on the same Thursday, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Atiku Abubakar met with Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State in London.

In a picture with Atiku and Wike as persons who were at the meeting were Governors Samuel Ortom of Benue State; Seyi Makinde of Oyo State and Abia State’s Okezie Ikpeazu. The trio was also in Obi and Wike’s meeting.

In both congregations, details of the meeting have not been made public but it is believed to be about next year’s general elections.
