2025 World Consumer Right Day: Cleric harps on best practices by producers, service providers
As the world celebrates 2025 World Consumer Right Day, Pastor Peter Ekaji Oko of Family Worship Centre (FWC) has implored producers of goods and services to adhere to strict best practices to support functional customer relations.
Oko disclosed this while fielding questions from newsmen in his church located at Efio-Ete round-about where the State Consumer Protection Agency were on road-show sensitization to mark 2025 World Consumer Right Day on Saturday March 15th 2025. The locations earmarked for the event covered Calabar road, Etim Edem market to Efio-Ete round about in Calabar Municipal and Calabar South Local Government Areas in Cross River State.
He also used the occasioned to appreciate the Cross River State Chapter of National Council of Women Societies (NCWS) for lining-up activities to mark International Women’s Day 2025 themed: ‘Accelerate Action’ which resonates with 2025 Women Convention of Family Worship Centre themed: “What No Eye Has Seen or Heard,” monitored via satellite from RFA Auditorium, Wuye District, Abuja to mark International Women Day. Pastor Sarah Omakwu, Rev. Christie Bature and Rev. Dotun Arifalo were the officiating ministers.
And referencing Ephesians 3:20 “Now unto him that is able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all that we ask or thinks, according to the power that worketh in us,” said by glorifying God, the women will witness more favour and grace from God who is able to do more than man can think or imagine, closing that the thing God cannot do, does not exist.
