ADC Fed. Rep. candidate vows to clinch victory in 2023 poll

The Federal House of Representatives candidate for Obubra/Etung Federal Constituency in Cross River State under the platform of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has vowed to emerge victorious at the 2023 general elections.

Mr. Emmanuel Williams Obasse gave the hint in a chat with newsmen in Calabar on Tuesday where he disclosed that contrary to speculations that his party is an under-dog the electorates will vote for his person and not the party having served two-terms as a board member of the special taskforce on Inland waterways in the State Administration.

He scored his performance high warranting according to him the call by his people to represent them at the National Assembly so as to attract tangible development to the geo-political block which has been neglected for a long period.

Obasse who is an Oil and Gas businessman with input in the Downstream sector of the economy is from the Ogada community in Obubra Local Government Area of Cross River State.
