He made this commendation while receiving seven management staff of the ministry that returned from the London School of Public Relations LSPR UK, in his office in Uyo.
He said, “I want to sincerely appreciate His Excellency, Governor Udom Emmanuel, without whose support, this training would never have been possible.
“He has taken human capacity development very seriously, therefore you are beneficiaries of the governor’s drive for a better and trained workforce”.
The Commissioner, therefore, encouraged the LSPR alumni to reflect the world-class standard handed down at the training in the management of the image and reputation of the state.
Speaking on behalf of the team, the Permanent Secretary, Akparawa James Edet, described the trip as a unique learning opportunity, saying the team performance was excellent.
