Anyaoku recuse self from Atiku’s book presentation
The former Commonwealth Secretary-General, Emeka Anyaoku, has distanced himself from Atiku Abubakar’s book presentation scheduled for Wednesday in Abuja.
Anyaoku said that nobody consulted him, nor did he give his consent that he would attend the book presentation by the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
He disclosed this in a signed statement on Tuesday, reiterating that he was not a politician and that he was never asked to attend, let alone give his consent.
