APC chieftain felicitates Governor Otu on birthday
The National Youth Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and South-South Media Coordinator for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu Hon. Emmanuel Stephen has congratulated the Cross River State Governor Senator Bassey Otu on his 64th birthday celebration on Wednesday, October 18, 2023.
Hon. Stephen who was the patron of Prince Otu/Odey Campaign Support Group (POOSO) organization in Cross River as well as the National Coordinator Neighbourhood Coalition described Otu as a bridge builder who has impacted positively on the political psyche of Cross River State by bringing people of various divides together since his assumption as the governor of Cross River State.
He used the occasion in a chat with newsmen Tuesday in Calabar to call on the governor to leverage on the upcoming 2023 Calabar Carnival to harness the abundant cultural resources of the state to actualize “Season of Sweetness” theme to boost the tourism sub-sector of the state economy which would rob off on the moribund entertainment industry in the state.
