APC chieftain in Cross River describe Otu/Odey ticket as divine

The Secretary of the All Progressives Congress in Cross River State, Bassey Offiong Mensah (Esq.) has disclosed that the Governorship and Deputy Governorship candidates of the Party is a Divine project poised to clinch victory at the polls in 2023.

Mensah made the claim while fielding questions from newsmen in Calabar on Friday, January 13, 2023, where he explained that Senator Prince Bassey Otu and Rt. Hon. Peter Odey if elected would consolidate the industrialization drive of the Ayade administration and transform the state into a business hub

He used the occasion to condemn and describe as untrue the recent comment by the chieftain of the leading opposition party that Owan Eno, a front-line former governorship aspirant of the party who recently close-ranks and resolved to work for the victory of Senator Bassey Otu will eventually turn-around and ask his supporters to vote for the opposition party candidate, his kinsman.

Mensah praised the national leaders of the APC and Presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bolo Tinubu for his noble effort in reconciling hitherto aggrieved members and factions in the state to form a united and consolidated front to retain power in 2023 across the board in Cross River State.
