Ayi congratulates Governor Okowa on emerging running mate toAtiku

The member representing Calabar South/Akpabuyo/Bakassi federal constituency in the House of Representatives Rt. Hon. Apostle Essien Ayi has felicitated the Delta State Governor, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa for his nomination as Vice President to Atiku Abubakar for the 2023 presidential election under the Peoples Democratic Party ticket.

Ayi who spoke to LENS Reporter through his Personal Assistant, Apostle John Etefia, said Okowa played a noble role in the victory of Atiku at the PDP primary and is a bridge-builder between the South-East and South-South geopolitical zones of the country.

Also, Ayi has congratulated Senator (Prof.) Sandy Onor, flag bearer of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Cross River State governorship, and Ntufam Ekpo Okon, the Cross River South Senatorial District candidates under the PDP platform for their victory at the primaries and looked forward to working with them to deliver the state to the party at the general elections in 2023.

He used the occasion to reiterate his promise to deliver more dividends of democracy to his constituents.
