BIAJA family announces passing of a member of dynasty

The Biaja family of Etani Village in Etono central, Biase local government area, Cross River State has formally announced funeral arrangements of late Mr. Abbah Aya at the age of 65.

Late Aya who passed on in 2024 was born in 1959. He was a devout Christian, father, uncle, brother, friend and treasured family member revered for his wisdom, integrity and unwavering commitment to his loved ones and community. His passing is deeply mourned by his family who find solace in the belief that he is resting in eternal peace.

According to the funeral arrangement, there will be night of songs at the bereaved residence, Etani Village, Etono Central, Biase LGA, Cross River State on Friday March 7th 2025 followed by funeral and memorial service to be conducted by The Deeper Life Bible Church, Etono Central, Biase L.G.A, Cross River State and interment on Saturday, March 8th, 2025 according to programme of obsequies by Moses Obie Uffia for the family.

As the family prepares to bid a final farewell to their deceased brother, Honourable Justice Ukpai Ibitham of High Court Calabar, Cross River State who doubles as Pastor of Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Manaratha Cathedral, Intercontinental Parish I, Calabar, said though they will miss him greatly, they take comfort and solace in the words of the scripture which states that “Those who walk uprightly enter into peace; They find rest as they lie in death” as late Abbah Abbah Aya’s legacy of love, kindness, faith in God and integrity will live in the hearts of all who knew him”
