Book Launch: Evangelism, Church Planting and Growth
A book was launched in Calabar over the weekend on evangelism, church planting, and growth in the Apostolic Church Nigeria, Calabar metropolis covering municipality and Calabar local government council.
The Saturday 4th event which took place at TACN Ikot Uduak Assembly was chaired by Pastor (Prof.) J. G. Ottung, Supretendent of TACN, Ikot Nsisuk area. In attendance as well was Pastor Ekpe Offiong, Field Secretary and Head of Evangelism in TACN Calabar field, Cross River Territory who was the book presenter.
The book which aims at correcting the lapses as well as repositioning the church for greater effectiveness in soul winning is authored by Pastor (DR.) Issac Usen, the District Pastor of TACN, Akai Efa District.
The former businessman who owned Inter States Transport Company in the 80s/90s and the ex Executive Chairman, Akwa Ibom Transport Company, now turned Pastor had his education in Nigeria and the United States.
He obtained an MBA from Rutgers University in the US and Masters and Doctorate in Theology and Divinity respectively from World Harvest Bible College and Seminary, affiliated to the University of Calabar. He was honoured as the best graduating student in Graduate School 2020 academic year.
