BREAKING: Tinubu drops 5 ministers, reassigns 10
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Wednesday dismissed five ministers from his cabinet and re-assigned 10 ministers to new ministerial portfolios and appointed seven new ministers for Senate confirmation.
This was contained in a statement by the special adviser to the President on Social Media, Dada Olusegun, on Wednesday.
The affected ministers are: Barr. Uju-Ken Ohanenye, Minister of Women Affairs; Lola Ade-John, Minister of Tourism; Prof. Tahir Mamman (SAN, OON), Minister of Education; Abdullahi Muhammad Gwarzo, Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development; and Dr. Jamila Bio Ibrahim, Minister of Youth Development
Also he has appointed Sunday Akin Dare, a former minister of Youth and Sports in Buhari’s administration, as Special Adviser to the President on Public Communication and Orientation working from the Ministry of Information and National Orientation.
