Clergy demistifies fears of ember months

The usual fears in the minds of people that the months of September, October, November, and December embody snares that befall people in the last quarter of the year have been reset by a cleric in a sermon delivered in 2022 “SIGNS AND WONDERS” service held at the New Dawn Baptist Church aka D’Kings Place, at Grace Edet Crescent, Calabar in Cross River State.

Rev. John O. Ugbede referencing John 15: 11 “These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may remain in you, and that you may be full (John 15:11) said since September is the 9th month of delivery, Christians would experience overflowing joy, favour, and blessings with expectations met.

Rev Ugbede said we live in a world where people make promises but do not keep them, unlike God who is a promise keeper. HE makes promises based on what He can do stating “For I know the thoughts that I think towards you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil to give an expected end” (Jeremiah 29:11). Hence he who began the year on January 1, 2022, with many fruitful promises is faithful to make us finish well in His Grace in Jesus Name.

New Dawn Baptist Church is committed to seeking, reaching, teaching, and raising people who are passionate worshippers of God, experiencing transformation and kingdom expansion through quality sermons, Godly relationships and worship, and prayer and praise to bring people to the reality of their kingly heritage in Christ Jesus thus warranting no need to fear of ember months.
