“Cleric calls for sanctification of heart and holy living”
The International director and founder of Holiness Revival Ministries Worldwide (HOREMOW) aka Holiness Movement Worldwide with headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria, Pastor Paul Rika have called for heart sanctification and holy living among Christians to make heaven soon afterlife on earth.
Pastor Rika made the appeal in a conversation with a LENS reporter through the coordinator in Cross River of the movement of non-denominational ministry given to the propagation of Christ’ righteousness and holiness in churches and nations.
Pastor Mike Eko disclosed in Calabar on Wednesday that sanctification and holy living is the doctrine and practical experience of believer’s and not the norm where ministers of the gospel, church workers, and goers go into the vineyard of God with wrong and ulterior motives, different from the purpose of calling people unto repentance.
He stressed that sanctification of the heart is a worthy and required experience in the life of every born again Christian through consecration and faith in the lord Jesus Christ referencing Ephesians 5:27 “That He might present it to himself a glorious church not having spot or wrinkles or any such thing but that it should be Holy and without blemish.”
According to him, purity of heart and holy living is a prerequisite to walking with God, work for God, meet with God and stay with God till eternity.
