Court remands in prison, man who threatened Tinubu will not be sworn in
Zuba Magistrates’ Court in Abuja has remanded in prison, one Mr Obiajulu Uja, the middle-aged man who said the President-elect, Bola Tinubu, would never be sworn-in as President on May 29.
Uja who was arraigned before the court, had in a viral video, on an aircraft made the sensitive comments.
He was forcefully evacuated from the aircraft.
According to the court papers, Uja was charged with “public nuisance, resistance to a lawful arrest, threatening violence and conduct likely to cause a breach of peace.
The court would on April 6 hear his bail application.
