Cross River youth declare support for Senate President Lawan

As tension mounts on who will emerge as Presidential flagbearer of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in the forthcoming primaries, the youths of Cross River State under the aegis of TEAM SULAIMAN OFFIONG (TSO) have thrown their weight behind the candidature of Senate President DR Ahmed Lawan.

Fielding questions from a LENS reporter in Calabar, Co-coordinator of TSO Engr. Abang Fabian who spoke through the secretary Mr. Roland Ajom Nkiri called on Party delegates to vote for Dr. Ahmed Lawan who in their estimation is the only aspirant who can bring peace and political stability to the country if elected to vie for the highest office in the land.

Also, TSO felicitate Senate Chief Whip Senator Orji Uzor Kalu who stepped down earlier for Dr. Ahmed Lawan, for his victory at the Abia North National Assembly primaries.

Team Suleiman Offiong also used the occasion to appeal for synergy to actualize the dream of the South East to take their turn in 2031 after the North East where Lawan hails from has completed its two terms. This they say would stem political instability, and youth restiveness and restore peace to Nigeria.
