Don’t neglect small beginnings _ Dr Akpanotung

The General Overseer of Great Commission Outreach Ministry, off Goodluck Jonathan By-Pass, Calabar Bishop (Dr.) Ezra Akpanotung has admonished Christians not to neglect small beginnings in any venture they find themselves in.

Referencing 1st Samuel 18:1-4, he described the transformation of King David from a Shepherd – Boy to the throne as a vivid example of the wonderful work of God who catapults the humble from poverty to riches if only we put our trust in Jesus Christ. He made this statement on his 43rd birthday anniversary in the church auditorium on Sunday, March 27.

Goodwill messages were delivered at the event from ministers of the gospel as well as song ministrations, cutting of birthday cake, and testimony by the celebrant.
