FG Spends N4bn training, equipping 194 Youths in Adamawa
The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development (FMHADMSD), Hajiya Sadiya Farouq has disclosed that over N4billion was spent on procuring starter packs for 194 youths trained on Smart Phone repair in Adamawa state under its N-Skills.
She made this disclosure at the graduation ceremony of 194 youths trained in smartphone repairs, stressing that the government is committed to investing over N4 billion in training, tooling, and payment of monthly stipends to the batch C beneficiaries of the programme.
The minister was represented by the National Coordinator of the National Social Investment Programmes (N-SIP), Dr. Umar Buba Bindir.
