Gubernatorial candidate cautions critics over uncomplementary utterance

The Cross River State governorship candidate of the National Rescue Movement Mr. Patrick Solomon aka Patsol has berated the desperate attempt by some politicians to malign his person because of his political ambition to contest for the office of the governor in the 2023 general elections.

In a statement made available to newsmen in his new-year message on Sunday, January 1, 2023, Patsol called on Cross Riverians and Nigerians to eschew electoral vices in the 2023 general elections as he is on a mission to rescue the state from its present economic low if voted into office.

He further said since “Governance is about one’s ability to understand the needs and wants of the people, he would leverage his trade as a Human Relations professional to address and implement feasible economic reforms and policies in critical sectors like health, education, security, industrialization and rural transportation to deliver agricultural products hence impacting in a positive way on the wellbeing of the people.

He urged the electorates to use the opportunity in the 2023 general elections to vote for a more humane and vibrant young man to lead Cross River State to the promised land.
