Labour Party announces 1234-member campaign council

The Labour Party has unveiled its Presidential Campaign Council made up of a thousand, two hundred and thirty-four (1,234) members.

At the unveiling ceremony in Abuja, the Director General of the campaign team, Doyin Okupe said no presidential candidate can measure up to the performance of Mr Peter Obi.

The Director General of the campaign council Doyin Okupe expressed confidence that Mr Peter Obi has15 million secured votes ahead of the elections.

National Secretary of the Labour Party, Clement Ojukwu, announced a 1,234-member Presidential campaign that will mobilize electorates for a successful presidential campaign.

The presidential campaign team will be led by AIG (retd) Muhammad Zalewa.

They urged the Independent National Electoral Commission to ensure it lives above board and clear the air about an alleged agent deployed to truncate the Bimodal Voter Accreditation system (BVAS) section of the country.
