Mohbad’s Death: Police declares Primeboy wanted, offer N1m reward

Police investigation into the circumstances leading to the death of singer Ilerioluwa Aloba known by the trade name Mohbad has taken a twist Wednesday as the Lagos State Police Command issued a wanted notice for Owodunni Ibrahim, aka Primeboy following his refusal to accept a police invitation that had been successfully served.

The spokesman for the Lagos police command Benjamin Hundey who made the announcement on his X account described Ibrahim as “approximately 1.64 m tall, male, dark-complexioned with tribal marks and Yoruba by tribe.”

Ibrahim’s last known residence according to the PPRO was 3rd Power, Oke Eletu, Ikorodu, Lagos State .

According to the notice, ‘If observed, call 0803 688 5727 or the local police station.’

He further stated that anybody with information that leads to his arrest will get N1 million from the state’s police commissioner, CP Idowu Owohunwa.

“CP Idowu Owohunwa hereby offers a handsome reward of N1,000,000 (One Million Naira Only) to anyone with useful information leading to his arrest,” the statement read.

Recall former singer Naira Marley aka Mohbad passed away under mysterious circumstance in Lagos at the age of 27. And so many fingers pointed the direction of Owodunni Ibrahim as prime suspect.
