Nigerian cleric urges Israel to seek God’s direction in Hamas attack

As the nation of Israel continue to bombard Gaza over unprovoked assault by Hamas which has led to the death and maiming of many Palestinians, a Nigerian cleric and lead pastor Gospel House, Home of the Gospel Deliverance Ministry in Cross River, Pastor James John have cautioned Israel to seek God’s direction in their effort to discomfit Hamas and free the over two hundred hostages in their custody to avoid a seemingly endless and futile war like the Russia, Ukraine conflict.

Pastor James referencing 1st Samuel 30:8 “And David inquired at the lord, saying, shall I pursue after this troop? Shall I overtake them? And he answered him, Pursue for thou shalt surely overtake them, and without fail recover all” hinging his sermon on the theory to free the captured Israelis in the Hamas’s camp.

In a chat with newsmen on Tuesday October 24,2023 in Calabar, he reiterated again his preference for amicable resolution of the conflict while appealing to Hamas to release the abducted Israeli captives for peace to reign.
