No Sidon Look Movement Commends Ayade on Industrialization Drive

A Non-Governmental organization (NGO) known as No Sidon look Movement based in Calabar has as commended the Cross River State Governor Sen. Prof. Ben. Ayade on the economic development of the State through industrialization.

The Director General of the non-governmental group, Mr. Portrait Peterson made the commendation in Governor’s office, Calabar during a solidarity rally with other 200 youths to thank and support the governor on his achievement in industrialization.

Mr. Peterson said that No Sidon Look believes that the governor has made tremendous achievement in industrialization and also the regular payment of salaries is stressing that there is need to thank and encourage the governor to do more.

He said that his organization is the representative of grass root mobilization in the country that holds elective political officers accountable to their electioneering campaign promised the electorates.

According to him, Nigeria has not had good representation from our political office holders from the councilor level to the National Assembly members and that the youth cannot continue to sit and watch hopelessly on these poor representation

Mr. Peterson disclosed that the Movement has just got back from Edo state where it observed the governorship election and that the election was fair and free

The Movement informed our reporter that it will proceed now to the northern senatorial district for advocacy campaign to sensitize the youth that election is not war in the bye-election for the Cross River north to fill the position of late Sen. Rose Oko who died recently in the united kingdom.

Our correspondent reports that No Sidon Look movement was formed in 2012 and since then has recorded some strides against abuse of democracy in the country.
