NUJ Akwa Ibom council celebrates a visionary leader at 61

Today, the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Akwa Ibom State Council celebrates a truly remarkable Governor, Pst. Umo Bassey Eno on his birthday.

The Governor’s unwavering commitment to the development of Akwa Ibom State and the welfare of the people have stood him out as a Leader with a Golden heart.

Reporting for duty on May 29, 2023, with the Golden Era mindset, the Governor, through his political acumen has carefully crafted a United Akwa Ibom Front, where all the relevant stakeholders at all levels are working for the development of the State.

As a Union, we have benefitted immensely from the benevolence of the Governor, the latest being the taking over of the Auditorium Project for completion and donation of 11 brand new cars to members of the State Working Committee.

As His Excellency marks his 61 years on earth, the Union wishes him joyful moments, good health, wisdom and more years of fruitful service to Akwa Ibom State.
