Ndoma- Egba JCA Bar Center who was the first indigenous lawyer to establish a practice in Ogoja in 1970 immediately after the Nigerian Civil War.
Due to difficulty in completing the project, Senator Ndoma- Egba who was a former Senate Leader promised to complete the project on behalf of the Ndoma- Egba family to immortalize their late father and patriarch during his visit to ascertain the level of work at the site.
