Senatorial aspirant reels out plan for Southern Senatorial District in Cross River

With the 2023 general elections around the corner, a senatorial aspirant for Cross River State Southern Senatorial District, Ntufam Dr. Joe Edet running under the platform of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) with the campaign slogan “PEOPLE FIRST 2023”, has rolled out plans to reset and reposition the area for development.

Edet while talking to LENS Reporter in his campaign office in Calabar on Tuesday said he believes in the actualization of the vision to deliver equity, total transformation with focused representation that will attract federal presence to the state if elected to represent his constituency in the upper legislative chamber of the National Assembly.

The indigene of Oban in Akamkpa Local Government Area of Cross River State disclosed that he will implement a reward system in politics which is not only empowerment-based but enhancing as well productivity and encourages inclusion in the distribution of constituency projects among the ethnic groups in his constituency.
