THE NEXT TITAN Season 7: Idiong walks away with N10m

A 27 year old Nigerian, Joshua Idiong from Akwa Ibom state is the winner of THE NEXT TITAN season 7 as well as the N10,000,000 prized money.

Idiong who’s proposal was on palm oil production scaled the keenly contested bout of the initial 16 participants before emerging top out of the 3 finalists.

The reality show is a global standard television event designed to discover young African talents in entrepreneurial ventures, startups and running businesses.

To reach this peak of the reality show, participants were thoroughly drilled on multiple stakes. First, an online audition was conducted followed by ‘Top 50 Boot’ camp to select the 16 finalists that eventually partook in the show.

It is aimed at engineering hands on entrepreneurship among Nigerian youths through identifying the best business minds and supporting their entrepreneurial acumen through financial and logistical assistance, informal training, knowledge and other requisite services needed to propel participants into successful business personalities.

The show is open to all Nigerians between the ages of 21 and 40. It offers window to these young talented Nigerians who have great and innovative business ideas to compete among themselves in real life entrepreneurial challenges with the goal of ultimately winning ten million naira to start their own business or support existing one.

THE NEXT TITAN is a mixed grill with trappings of entertainment and business. Aside the thrilling and exciting moments captured in the show, the primary purpose is to reorder the mind set of participants as well as the targeted demographic by awakening their entrepreneurial spirit, thereby influencing them to embrace owning their own business outfits.
