Faith-based leader condemns fake miracles by preachers to attract traffic

The antic of hiring people to give fake miracles with the purpose of attracting followers to worship centres in order to bolster congregation have been condemned by the leader of Global Spiritual Awakening centre aka “Chukwu Okike Abiama.”

Cyprian Uzoanya made the comment on Wednesday October 23rd 2024 in a chat with newsmen in his church at no 38/40 Ediba Road, opposite Marian Market, Calabar Municipal Council Area, Cross River State.

He said as a result many unsuspecting and ignorant folks may be made to belief in the stage-managed miracles and fall victims to scammers and fraudulent practices by loosing their money and other valuables in the name of donating to the work of God. He called on relevant religious and government regulatory agencies to stop them from spreading these falsehood.

The Global Spiritual Awakening Centre with link in Abidjan, Ivory Coast is a religious body with multiple paths to one destination to worship God through divers mediums like, Judaism, Hinduism, Bahai faith, Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, Sikhism, Taoism, Zoroastrian though skeptical about Traditional African religion as it does not conform to the light according to the leader.

He summarized by imploring all seekers of the truth to always do personal soul searching before jumping into any church or sect to avoid impending doom.
