Mansion of Grace celebrates 15 year anniversary

The Mansion of Grace Assembly Incorporated Church on Sunday celebrated her 15th anniversary and thanksgiving service with the Theme: “The Error Must Be Corrected.” at the church auditorium, No. 9 Otu Street, Ishie Town, Calabar in Cross River State.

In his admonition, the General Overseer His Lordship Bishop Dr. Godwin E. Ofum, quoting Philippians 2:6 “Being confident of this very thing that He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ” advised Christians not to despair when faced with challenges as God who created them and began a good work in them will surely lead them to an expected end according to Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the thoughts I have towards you says the Lord, thoughts of good and peace and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

Dwelling on the journey of fifteen years, he said though the Church has witnessed days of despondency but has held forth energized by James 1:12 “Blessed is the man that endures temptations for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.”

In his vote of thanks after the ceremony the chairman of the planning committee, Rev. E. O Nyong expressed gratitude to the Almighty God for His faithfulness and mercies for granting and empowering them to succeed in packaging the event.

The programme featured testimonies, general thanksgiving, praise worship, and word ministration by invited guest ministers.
