New wed told marriage not a bed of roses

Newlywed couples have been asked to imbibe tolerance, forgiveness, and contentment as a virtue if they want to make an ideal family and enjoy a fruitful massage in life during good and bad times.

The father of the groom Mr. Edet Asuquo Nkannor formerly of Unicem Plant Mfamosing gave admonition at the traditional and church wedding of Mr. Emmanuel Edet Asuquo and Miss. Emmanuella Ekpe Essien the daughter of late Pastor Ekpa Essien of the Apostolic Church.

The function which climaxed with the exchange of rings and cutting of wedding cake was graced by rich Efik cultural dance during a reception held at 21 Effio Ene Street, off Palm Street Extension, Calabar South Local Government Area.

In her vote of thanks mother of bride Deaconess (Mrs.) Ekpe Essien thank God Almighty and all those who contributed to the success of the event for finding time to grace the occasion and prayed to God to reward them abundantly.
