NRM guber candidate, deputy congratulate Cross River governor-elect, deputy

The Governorship candidate of the National Rescue Movement (NRM) Mr. Patrick Solomon aka “PATSOL” and his deputy, Mr. Mathias Amgbah have conceded defeat and congratulated the governor-elect Bassey Edet Otu and his Deputy Rt. Hon Peter Odey on their resounding victory in the March 18 gubernatorial election.

Mr. Solomon and Amgbah disclosed this in a statement they issued to the press on Saturday March 25, 2023 saying as sons of Cross River State who took part in the recently concluded election where Prince Otu and Hon. Peter Odey emerged victorious.

They thanked Cross Riverians for supporting the Back-To-South political template and urged all candidates of other parties who lost in the elections to join hands with the governor-elect and his deputy to make “Cross River State The Peoples Paradise.” He implored the new administration to bring together stakeholders from all walks of life within the state and in the diaspora by fostering inclusion and equity in appointments devoid of political exclusion in order to achieve  prosperity in the state.
