Police Commissioner congratulate Anambra workers on workers day

The Anambra State Police Command appreciates the resolve of workers to stand up against any act that threatens our unity as a nation.

The command made the obeisance in a press release made available to journalists in Awka on Tuesday by SP Tochukwu Ikenga,Police Public Relations Officer, Anambra State Police Command.

Aderemi Adeoye, the Commissioner of Police, Anambra Command, congratulates workers in the State as they celebrate May 1st, a day set aside for workers to be celebrated worldwide

Adeoye appreciates the workers in the State for their Commitment, dedication, and especially their resolve in sustaining the message of peace and standing up against illegal sit-at-home order on Mondays.

He said it is a huge plus that Anambra workers are intentional in their action to thwart any act that threatens national unity and public peace in the State.

The CP urged the workers and residents to remain law-abiding, and vigilant and continue to support and partner with the Police and other security agencies in the state.

Adeoye advised Anambra residents to synergize and collaborate towards combating all forms of criminality as well as ensuring public security and safety in the state.
