FGBMF Calabar zone identifies giving as key to open doors in 2024 end of year banquet
Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International Nigeria Calabar Zone have identified giving as the key that opens doors of blessing at the Harmonics Fried Chicken fast food No.38 IBB Way Calabar, Cross River State.
The Charge was given by Rev. Canon Lazarus Aneke while referencing Luke 7:4-5 “And When they came to Jesus, they besought him instantly, saying, that he was worthy for whom he should do this, for he loveth our nation he hath built us a synagogue” saying if our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ could respond to the distress call of a certain centurions kindness of building a place of worship to attract compassion from people for Him to go and restore back the centurions sick and about to die servant due to his act of giving, God is always quick to help those who give in times of the event.
In his narration, the main testifier, Bro. Isaac Aqua, Sports Editor of the Nigerian Chronicle Newspaper disclosed his experience of being brought to life after close shave with death during a robbery attack at a filing station in 8 miles axis in Calabar and asked all Christians to put their trust in God as there is Heaven and Hell after life on earth.
Chairman of the 2024 Banquet Planning Committee Elder Eyo Nsa, attributed success of the End of year 2024 banquet to the contribution of chapters and individuals who saw the need for the occasion .
The gathering wind down with closing prayers by Bishop Ofonmbuk Archibong after narratives and various presentations by Mr. Dan Oku, National Treasurer of FGBMFI – Nigeria, Elder (pharm.) Edem Ita, retired Permanent Secretary in Cross River State Civil Service and Prof. Martin Meremiku, Tenured Professor of pediatrics in University of Calabar and National Director of FGBMFI- Nigeria who stated the mission of the fellowship.
Dignitaries at the occasion include, Dr. Henry Egbe Ayuk, Cross River State Commissioner for Health among other prominent members and guests who graced the end of year get-together.

He got the revelation to call Business Men back to God to receive salvation who often drop off their children and spouse in churches and go to unwind in bars into a fellowship meetings at Bars and Restaurants to get these Business Men back to God according to moderator of the event, Mr. Oyo Ita, who is also a field Representative in the Spiritual Organization.
